2010-2011: Logo Motion
In 2011, we received the generous support of AllianceBernstein, who have since supplied us with funding, a workspace, and incredible mentors. The team more than doubled in size and we felt as though we were finally getting the hang of FRC. The 2011 game was Logo Motion, which involved placing inflatables on racks and sending a mini-bot up a pole for bonus points. We traveled to the New Jersey Regional and the New York City Regional. We came in 3rd place in New York, ranking behind two veteran teams. Although we didn’t win, we still learned a lot and gained valuable skills to apply in future years.
